ChiroFit didn't start in a boardroom. It started with chiropractors who wanted to practice their way — accessible, affordable, and deeply connected to the neighborhoods they call home. Today, that vision has grown into four clinics across Greeley, Arvada North, Arvada/Wheat Ridge, and Downtown Denver at Market Station — with a fifth on the way in Brighton, and more growth ahead — but the mission hasn't changed: serve our team, and give back to our community.

The mission of ChiroFit is to create an environment that nurtures the Doctor-patient relationship through trust and patient-centered care. ChiroFit strives on a daily basis to remove barriers to chiropractic care by establishing affordability, efficiency, and convenience without diminishing quality for our patients. ChiroFit strives to create a work environment for its staff that allows personal growth, advancement, safety, and goal-focused work.

ChiroFit Leadership

ChiroFit was founded and is owned by Dr. Jeremy Casagrande and Dr. Jacob Hall — practicing chiropractors who built the group around the belief that great care starts with a team that takes care of each other. Behind our clinics is a leadership team that keeps that mission front and center every day: Operations Manager Lauren Lilly, Wellness Coordinator Manager Janessa Galvan, and Marketing & Events Director Melissa Flowerdew, alongside our Doctors of Chiropractic and Wellness Coordinators across every location.
